EHS Safety Specialist

This role enhances safety processes across large‑scale fabrication and assembly operations and helps ensure regulatory compliance, reduces workplace risk, and reinforce a of safety.

This role enhances safety processes across large‑scale fabrication and assembly operations and helps ensure regulatory compliance, reduces workplace risk, and reinforce a of safety.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections to identify and assess potential hazards.
- Implement safety plans and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist with training sessions on workplace safety procedures and protocols.
- Assist with Investigation of workplace accidents to determine the cause and make recommendations for future prevention.
- Maintain workplace safety incidents and track progress on implementation of corrective actions.
- Promote safe work behaviors on floor and reinforce a strong safety culture.
- One to two years of hands‑on experience in a similar role.
- Completion of OSHA 30‑Hour training (or willing to obtain).
- Bilingual communication ability is preferred.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and industry safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced or high‑pressure environments.
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support consistent messaging
