Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer phone calls and inquiries from customers relating to accounts, billing, shipments, etc.
  • Respond to customer concerns, issues, and questions
  • Enter, route, and expedite orders as needed to ensure timely delivery of product to customers.
  • Develop phone quotations for customer base such as end users, distributors or OEM customers.
  • Enter orders from phone calls and develop phone quotations for customer base
  • Work with design and production employees to communicate customer needs and identify solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation into database for future reference .
Ideal Experience
  • 2+ years of basic Customer Service and/or order/data entry experience along with relevant technical experience desired
  • Ability to assist customers and present solutions
