Summary:
The position will require daily management of several projects within construction and/or electrical related projects. There are several departments that need to be touched multiple times per day based on daily changes and selected candidate should be comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Stay aware of company goals and strategies and ensure projects align with business priorities and timelines.
Manage several custom projects based on company development.
Work with customers on determining needs and developing specifications.
Allocate resources according to business growth.
Optimize project deliverables, schedule and budgeting.
Follow up with incoming product and inventory for future projects.
Physically inspect custom items to be used on projects.
Effectively communicate project statues to direct report.
Preferred Experience:
Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills.
Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal and team leadership skills
Manufacturing business experience and/or Construction or Electrical Project Management desired.
