Supply Chain Project Coordinator

This position will be a ‘Hands On’ role and you will be involved with manufacturing and shop projects where you will walk through and determine what is needed for the projects and work with designers and engineers to bring projects to completion.

You will be supporting various projects in several business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Review Request for Materials and Request for Information from production floor. 
  • Work with all levels of the organization to monitor and report project statuses. 
  • Proactively reduce RFM's and RFI's.
  • Coordinate material price and availability with design and purchasing teams.
  • Be an extension of the purchasing tean.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory parts.
  • Coordinate with engineers to retrieve relevant information.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/production to ensure job materials are staged.
  • Track and fulfill missing  materials post-shipment.

Skills and Abilities:

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to self-management and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Schooling in supply chain management and/or experience within a manufacturing environment desired.
