Inside Quote Specialist

Seeking a Quote Specialist to assist the Manufacturing sales team by preparing quotes for potential/existing customers.

Responsibilities:

Prepare sales quotes in a timely manner, determining pricing based on information obtained from potential and existing customers to meet their specifications.
Work with and monitor quotes and provide updates to internal teams and external customers to meet customer specifications.
Respond to customer requests and concerns
Apply a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures to the completion of all assignments.
Understand dimensions and be able to interpret from blueprints into quotes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with technical quotes
Previous manufacturing experience helpful
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required
Ability to work independently and have high attention to detail and work within tight timeframes
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
