Payroll Specialist

Current need for a ‘Payroll Specialist’ to process payroll and ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Coordinate and process weekly and biweekly payroll
  • Receive and process requests for PTO, wage, and other inquires and changes related to payroll
  • Complete setup of employees in timekeeping and payroll systems
  • Monitor, adjust and reconcile employee benefits
  • Prepare various spreadsheets and financial reports related to payroll
  • Train and support payroll assistant
Skills and Requirements:
  • Analytical Skills and Attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Punctual and timely
  • Proficiency using MS Excel and other Office Software applications
  • Experience working with an ERP system.
