Milwaukee, WI · AdministrativeCurrent need for a ‘Payroll Specialist’ to process payroll and ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process weekly and biweekly payroll
- Receive and process requests for PTO, wage, and other inquires and changes related to payroll
- Complete setup of employees in timekeeping and payroll systems
- Monitor, adjust and reconcile employee benefits
- Prepare various spreadsheets and financial reports related to payroll
- Train and support payroll assistant
Skills and Requirements:
- Analytical Skills and Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Punctual and timely
- Proficiency using MS Excel and other Office Software applications
- Experience working with an ERP system.
