* Team leadership, planning, project management, informal teaching and critical decision-making
The minimum education qualification is a four-year technical degree, ideally Mechanical Engineering. Limited travel possible for conferences and field trips. The R&D Engineer works directly with Project Engineers, other internal customers and the Engineering Lab Manager.
